Refund policy

We have a no return policy. You are welcome to cancel your order and request a refund before your order ships. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped. Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment.

These are 1 of a kind handmade items. No 2 are made exactly alike. Making these items takes time and patience. It is your responsibility to let me know your watch style and size. Not doing so, can result in you receiving an item that does not fit you or your watch properly. This can result in you having to return your item for resizing with comes with a fee, plus you pay shipping to and from.

Custom/Made-To-Order: Custom ,personalized, and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing and product information when ordering. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items are sold as is and can not be returned nor exchanged.

Exchanges
Exchanges can be made before your order ships. Meaning, if you prefer not to wait on an item, you are welcome to exchange it for an item worth equal or lesser value.
